Terms of purchase
In our webstore shows all the prices excluding VAT, ie VAT 0%. The shopping cart shows the prices including VAT and any overheads. For products that are a subscription is displayed when they are to be renewed. Subscriptions require an order of at least 1 year.
Right of return
We give you 14 days right of return as a customer. The right of return applies from the time the service has been delivered. This does not apply to domain names that cannot be undone after they have been registered. All other services has a 14 day right of return.
All payments in our webshop is done via Visma Pay and PayPal (third-part). We provide payment with Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, POP Pankki, Aktia, Sparbanken, OmaSp, S-Banken, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken’s internet bank. Card payments are possible with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. In addition to the previously mentioned payment methods, it is also possible to pay with MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo and PayPal.
Collection of personal data
We only collect such personal information as we need to be able to handle your order. The personal information we collect is name, company name, telephone, email and postal address.
To be able to make an order from us you need an account. The account can be created on the page my account or in connection with the order. When an account is created, it is possible to see active subscriptions, cancel a subscription and also see previous orders. In order for no outsider to be able to access your account, we ask you to choose a strong password.
