When you purchase a web hosting service from us, an email address linked to your own domain name is always included. You can create one or more email addresses for your domain name. Your email can be accessed via webmail or using an email program.
Stability
For us, it is very important that our servers work around the clock as much as possible, so that our customers’ websites and emails work. This is why we run Linux, an operating system known for its stability and reliability. We have systems that notify us of any issues, so we can quickly fix them.
Backups
We take backups automatically every night to protect all the data on our servers. This data can be recovered if necessary. The backups are saved on another physical server. This reduces the risk of data loss in case of any problems.

Create Account
To place an order with us, you need to create an account. This can be done when you order. To create the account, we require some information from you, including your email and phone number.
Verify Account
After the account is created, a 6-digit number will be sent to both your email address and phone number. This code must be entered under the verification tab in your account. When these two codes are entered correctly, a message will appear saying your account is verified. Please note that if an account is not verified, it is not possible to make purchases from us.
Pay
Once your account is verified, you can go ahead and pay for your order. This only takes a few minutes and can be done with Finnish internet banking, debit cards and PayPal to name a few payment methods.
Create website
Once you have paid for your web hosting, login credentials will be sent to your email. After that, you can start creating your new website and email address. However, it may take a few hours for the website and email to start working, as it takes some time for new domain names to sync over the internet.
